11/2004 General Information Goddard's Knowledge Management team is conducting a pilot on deploying the best from the After Action Review process of the Department of Defense. 09/2004 General Information Copies of the Harvard Business School article on NASA and JPL KM, Managing Knowledge and Learning at NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), are now available for purchase and download.
07/2004 General Information The NASA portal has received the e-Gov Institute's Pioneer Award for being one of the newest e-government solutions for effective government operations across the public sector. More information is available on the e-Gov Institute's Web site.

Jeanne Holm, NASA's KM team lead, and Chief Knowledge Architect for JPL, has received the Competitive Intelligence Champion of the Year Award from Competia, a community of professionals in competitive intelligence, strategic planning, and knowledge management.
